An inverter aircon adjusts its compressor speed. Once the room is cool it slows down instead of switching off and on, so it uses less power over long hours, runs quieter and keeps the room at a steadier temperature. Ask Ta which models are inverter.

Every 6 months is enough for most homes. If the aircon runs all day, the room gets dusty, or it's a restaurant, every 3-4 months is better. Near the sea, like in Rawai, the outdoor unit gets salt air every day, so cleaning a bit more often helps it last longer.

No. A waterproof sheet goes under the unit before every cleaning, so no water drips onto your bed or belongings. Before we arrive, just move anything sitting under the aircon and clear a way to the outdoor unit.

Most often the filter and coil are so dirty that air can't flow well, and a cleaning brings the cold back. If it still isn't cooling after a clean, it may be low on refrigerant from a leak, or a part like the capacitor may have failed. We test the electrics, check the refrigerant and tell you what needs fixing.

It's usually a blocked drain pipe or a dirty drip tray under the coil. Cleaning the unit along with the drain pipe usually fixes it. If it still drips, the unit may be mounted at a tilt, and we can check that on site.

If the technician inspects but you decide not to repair, the inspection fee is 500-1,000 THB depending on your area. If you do repair, we quote parts and labour for you to approve before starting, every time. Message us on LINE with your area and the problem first.

Aircon installation is guaranteed for 3 years, aircon relocation and CCTV for 1 year. Aircon cleaning, washing machine cleaning and fridge work are guaranteed for 30 days.
